Materials Required to Participate:
- Two medium-large ripe avocados
- One Roma tomato
- ¼ red onion
- 6-7 limes
- ¼-½ bunch cilantro
- Optional: one small jalapeño
- Sea or Kosher Salt for Guacamole
- 2 oz. tequila
- 1 oz. orange liqueur (such as Cointreau, Triple Sec, or Grand Marnier)
- ½ oz. simple syrup or agave syrup, optional
- Coarse sea salt for Margarita
- Ice
- Cutting board
- Knife
- Bowl & fork or mortar & pestle
- Cocktail shaker (or two glasses)
- Drinking glass or margarita glass
- Small plate to dip rim of glass into salt
- Optional: Blender for blended margaritas
