Syllabus

● Week 1: Business Architecture

o Capability centric enterprise view that powers multiple products in a portfolio and aligns to technical platforms consisting of reusable services that build a highly efficient value delivery mechanism at scale

● Week 2: Portfolio Prioritization & Enterprise Funding Models

o Apply value-centric prioritization frameworks at enterprise level and align funding to maximize ROI while managing risks and competing fiercely in the marketplace

● Week 3: Managing end-to-end Product Lifecycle

o Initial product launch (0-1) to continuous discovery and delivery frameworks that constantly add incremental value through various product lifecycle stages

● Week 4: Product Portfolio & Business Model

o Shaping a product portfolio, defining optimization and funding strategies including deceleration and rationalization

o Creating a product-centric Business Model
