Shanghai Normal University (SHNU) is an institution of higher learning with a history of over 120 years. It offers a wide range of disciplines, including liberal arts, natural sciences, engineering, economics and management, education, and law. SHNU has obtained a national first-class discipline setting and the highest level of accreditation. It is one of the few universities in China which integrates teaching, research, and social services.
