I enjoyed this course and learned a lot. I started it after completing the five-hour HTML and CSS module on Free Code Camp (FCC). Taking the Udacity syntax course after built on and explained certain concepts I didn't quite get with the FCC module. I also like that I learned some of the "whys" (Udacity) of HTML and CSS after the "hows" (FCC). That learning format goes against the grain for me, but it made retention much more effective. One of my favorite activities from the course was using DevTools to modify existing websites. I would recommend this course for beginners, especially those with non-tech backgrounds.
  • Nice refresher but still helpful for anyone brand new to HTML/CSS. Also the course overestimate's its length, you can be finished in just a few hours and you'll have still been able to obtain useful knowledge.
