I enjoyed reviewing videos, articles on Global Human Capital Trends. Very enlightening and challenging my traditional thoughts of organizational structure and behaviors found in companies. Technology, demographics, speed, and innovation driving the process to rapidly change from operating hierarchical structure to team and network based organizations. One major impact is how you can actual measure and track organizational cultural with people analytical and other mobile apps tools.
