Too much stuff to memorize that is completely not useful in the trenches, such as proper terminology for categories. I would rather learn more about navigating in those categorical situations (social motivation, social ability, personal motivation, personal ability, structural ability, structural motivation) and other concepts than be quizzed on specific terminology. Also... so much of this is elementary. If you don't know what "active listening" is and you are an adult, I think you may have missed a few memos. And ps.... all the spelling errors and the videos that have been pulled from YouTube are excruciatingly annoying.

Very helpful information and suggestions for improved health wellness acquired during this course. I also enjoyed it being self-paced so that it was flexible with my schedule.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course and feel that this course had added to my everyday health knowledge. I have learned many tips and added these tips and routines to my life to promote a healthier lifestyle. I would love to see part 2 of this course offered on canvas or at least something very similar.
