    This is very intuitive and educating to me because it open my mind to new design innovation. It takes a designer to empathize with user in order to understand their pain points, define the problem statement, ideate the process by brainstorming several ideas to solve user problems, make different prototypes by iterating them and running different test to validate the potential solution for the user.
