Tearing off the Heel Stack with the Cap and the Vibram Rubber Lug Sole
Cutting off the Vamp and the Heel Leather away from the upper
Clicking new leather pieces to replace the old ones
Skiving the newly cut leather to help the sewers put the pieces together
Sewing the Vamp and the Heel onto the old upper of the BuilderPro
Attaching new insole to the last of the boot
Inserting Old shaped heel counter in between the old upper and new heel-piece
Lasting the boot onto the last with an insole
Securing the heel counter and back part of the boot onto the new insole
Glueing and tacking the new Toe-liner and Vamp onto the insole
Flaring the vamp to prepare for stitching and nailing a new leather shank in
Glueing and nailing new midsole onto the boot
McKay Stitch attaching the midsole to the insole at the toe area of the boot
Glueing the Slip-Sole and the new Vibram Lug Sole onto the base of the boot
Stitching the boot going through the Sole, Midsole, Insole, and the previously Flared Vamp
Nailing on the new Leather heel stack
Nailing on the new Vibram Heel cap onto the leather stack
Sanding down the edges of the boot into shape and shaping the heel box
Screwing the Vibram Lug sole for added security on the job
Flattening any non-clinched nails and covering them all with a sock-liner
Finishing the sole edge with some walnut stain and wax
Final reveal of the completed boot rebuild
