Clicking out patterns from leather hides
Skiving and Sanding leather pieces prior to sewing
Sewing the Upper of the leather shoe
Sewing together the Vamp and the Upper of the leather shoe
Sewing the Heel counter to the upper and the vamp
Punching holes for the eyelets and inserting eyelets into the shoe upper
Inserting heel counter and tying the shoe upper
First lasting of the shoe attaching it to the insole giving it the general shape
Second lasting of the shoe, securing the heel and glueing the toe liner to the insole
Glueing celastic toe cap and glueing the Vamp to the Liner
Inserting leather shank and rubber squeak pad
Attaching the leather midsole and the rubber sole to the shoe
Stitching the sole through the midsole and the flared vamp
Nailing the leather heel stack and the rubber heel-cap to the bottom of the shoe
Sanding the perimeter of the sole and shaping the block heel
Glueing the sock liner and applying natural finish to the midsole
