Thank you for this lecture. Everything was very clear. I am glad to know there are support groups for family members in the US, I will look for these in Mexico, where I live. This lecture gives a comprehensive view of the tratments that actually work for each stage of bipolar depression according to scientific data. I'm curious to know if there are any scientific studies on psychodellics and adoptogens now that there is a big boom with these alternative tratments.
