Overview
Explore the fundamentals of pharmacokinetics in this comprehensive 14-minute video lecture. Delve into the study of how drugs move within the body, covering key topics such as absorption (including passive diffusion, facilitated diffusion, active transport, and endocytosis), distribution (volume), metabolism (phase I and phase II), and elimination (zero and first-order kinetics). Learn about steady state concepts and the role of cytochrome P450, including inducers and inhibitors. Gain a clear understanding of "what the body does to a drug" through this concise yet informative presentation, complete with time-stamped sections for easy navigation.

Hi,I’m so interested,i’ts a fantastic website for revision of kinetic such as types of drug administration, drug phases in our body(absorption, distribution, metabolism, elimination)good information about enzymes that the live secrete it such as cytochrome p450 and their drug interactions (that some of drugs can be induced these enzymes which cause of low availability and drug action of drug, and some of drugs inhibit of enzyme this cause ahigh level of drugs and thats will be lead to toxicity levels )I will remember drug distribution phases and elimination phase good 👍 information ,we need more information about kinetic calculations

Useful for all Pharmacy students.easy to understand. Everything explained clearly. Outstanding. Need a course on pharmacokinetic calculation
