18cm x 18cm
Fold the diagonals
Fold in half horizontally and vertically
Make a square base
Fold one flap up and down Repeat behind
Unfold completely
Extend an existing crease
Fold the bottom corner up
The crease hits the edge at the same place as the last crease
Refold the bird base
Fold along the existing crease
Squash-fold the corner
Fold the top flaps downward while folding the blunt interior flap underneath
Divide each flap into thirds
Reverse fold on existing creases
Fold and unfold
Repeat on the right flap
Reverse-fold both flaps downward
Reverse-fold the two points to the sides
Reverse-fold two edges upwards
Valley-fold the flap on the existing crease
Valley-fold narrowing the flap
Outside reverse-fold the flap
Pull out some loose paper
Crimp and rotate
Mountain-fold the bottom edges
Crimp the left side upward
Round the heart with mountain folds
