Intro
20cm x 20 cm
My "coloured side" is the bright side
Fold and unfold along the diagonals
Bring the left side to the middle
Make a pinch where the fold crosses the diagonal
Valley-fold the top left corner to the crease intersection
Petal-fold both front and rear to form a Bird Base
Release some paper from the interior
Spread the paper to the sides Do not repeat behind
Fold the flap down
Fold the two flaps upward
Please note the reference points
Bring an internal layer to the front as shown
Bring 2 internal layers from the bottom to the front and back
Pull the corner
Open each leg as shown
Mountain-fold the top half of the small square
Form a Square Base
Petal-fold the near point
Petal-fold the next pair of flaps too
Find a hidden corner
Carefully release and pull out the trapped corner
Use existing creases
Mountain fold the thick flap behind
Pull out a double layer of paper
Repeat on the next layer up. tucking the edges into pockets
Fold two points up
Fold one layer on each side to the center
Repeat on the right side
Open the edges as shown The model will not lie flat
Fold inside
Crimp the body
Mountain-fold a straight line Valley-fold a curved line
Crimp the head
Crimp the beak
Pleat the tail
Double-rabbit-ear the legs
Spread the toes
