    I do agree with what she said. I liked the part of giving an example of tripod and how it reflects life. food is so important. Since I have become a vegetarian, I feel better. Sleep is also important and unfortunately with our busy life schedule, getting an 8 hour sleep per day is a luxury. I get holidays just to be able to get up late and not to think about time. basically life is a blance of good food, lack of stress, good sleep and exercise.
