This course is perfect it opened the new worked for me. I have learnt a lot of things. The first thing that we should not assume that everything is good or bad or the way it is. We should go for the psychologist if we feel we need help to restore things and put them on the way.

I learned how to recognize healthy and unhealthy relationships and I strongly think I could help children and other adults understand the difference between a healthy and unhealthy relationship. They biggest keys are to listen and communicate. I learned that loneliness can mess with your immune system, and I’ve also learned how to deal with those hard to deal with judgmental family members as well . I really learned a lot from this course and how to take what I learned and actually use it in the real world.

I found this course to be extremely informative! The material was very well organized and presented. I found the use of videos to be much better received on my part as opposed to reading through long text. I found it beneficial to have the ability to pause the videos and to take down any notes/ideas in relation to the subject matter. The presenters spoke clearly and they were easy to comprehend and understand. I would occasionally add maybe a small quiz here and there in between module transitions in order to ensure the presented material was well absorbed, maybe even a bigger quiz at the end? Always fun to to have skill/knowledge based testing!
