Overview

Strategic management is a new enterprise management discipline, which aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of enterprise strategy formulation, implementation, evaluation and control.

Through the study of this course, students can master the models, processes and methods of analyzing the external environment and internal conditions of an enterprise, analyze the opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages faced by the enterprise, and discover the core advantages of enterprises or areas to establish core advantages.Students can master the methods of strategy selection and strategy formulation in different environments and improve their ability to make strategic decisions.Students can master the management methods of strategy implementation, including how to establish appropriate governance structure, organizational structure, leadership style and corporate culture to improve the ability of corporate strategy implementation.
