Overview

The main content of the course includes the analysis and calculation methods of internal force, stress, deformation of members, strength analysis and design, stiffness analysis and design, and stability analysis and design of compression bars.

Four lecturers from Chang'an University are mainly involved in this online teaching. Professor Zhang Hongyan is responsible for the introduction, Chapter 3,Chapter 4,Chapter 8, Chapter 9 and Appendix. Professor Shi Jing is responsible for Chapter 5 to Chapter 7. Professor He An is responsible for Chapter 2 and Ren Hongru is responsible for Chapter 10. We hope that through the study of this course, students can master the basic knowledge and methods of mechanics, and be more interested in studying mechanics.
