Overview

"Mechanical Drawing" is a fundamental course for vocational education in the equipment manufacturing field. Its main content includes the expression, drawing, and interpretation of engineering drawings. It is characterized by its foundational, technical, and practical nature. The knowledge gained from this course serves as an important foundation for analyzing and solving problems in subsequent courses and practical work. It also serves as a language for exchanging technical ideas and expressing design results, playing an important role in training thinking and introducing engineering concepts.

Features and highlights of the course:

  1. Implementing the mission of moral education, emphasizing the integration of morality and skills. This course takes "goal-oriented, integrating expertise and thinking, and nurturing students through the curriculum" as the logical mainline of teaching, organically combining the knowledge objectives, skill objectives, and student development objectives, thus implementing the fundamental task of moral education.

  2. Based on the strategy of building a manufacturing powerhouse, the course strives for "three news" in its content. Combining with the "Made in China 2025" strategy, the course is guided by the concept of a great nation's engineering, timely applying new standards, technologies, and processes to micro-lecture videos, fully reflecting the timeliness and innovation of the course.

  3. Focusing on the characteristics of vocational education and integrating theory with practice. Based on a task-oriented and ability-based educational philosophy, it embodies the characteristics of vocational education, highlights practicality, and through task resources, allows students to learn by doing and do by learning. This strengthens the development of students' vocational literacy and accumulation of professional skills, cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship, as well as professional qualities such as adherence to standards, rigor, practicality, dedication, teamwork, and innovation consciousness.
