Overview






Machining technology is the core course for students majoring in machinery. In combination with the teaching reform results of combining work with study in recent years, our course adopts the teaching mode integrating theory and practice.

The content of this course is divided into two parts: the basic theory of mechanical manufacturing process and typical parts processing. The basic theoretical part includes: the principles and methods of formulating machining process regulations and assembly process regulations, machining accuracy and surface quality, theory and application of process size chain and assembly size chain, productivity and economic analysis of machining, etc. Typical parts processing part includes process analysis and processing methods of shaft, sleeve, cylindrical gear, box, etc..

Through the study of this course, students can master the ability of process preparation, parts processing accuracy and processing quality analysis. At the same time, it promotes the spirit of craftsmanship and stimulates everyone's ability to learn actively, to explore bravely, to think positively and to innovate continuously. It can also encourage more students to take the road of becoming talents with skills and serving the country with their skills.
