Based on the concept of smart factory and aligning with the WorldSkills Competition's Industry 4.0 category, this module targets the real-world demands for knowledge construction, skill enhancement, and quality development in the application of Industry 4.0 technologies in the new era. It introduces the typical applications of Industry 4.0 systems in the CPLAB Internet of Things laboratory. The module consists of 11 projects, including an introduction to Industry 4.0, transmission basic components, material warehouse workstation, measurement workstation, processing workstation, output workstation, intelligent sensor systems, network communication systems, manufacturing information systems, energy management systems, and online shopping mall systems, among other related applications.
This module is a compulsory professional core module for the Intelligent Control Technology major. It is designed as an integrated theory and practice module for students who have already studied modules such as Electrical and Electronic Technology, Single-chip Microcomputer Technology and Application, Sensors and Intelligent Detection Technology, Electrical Control and PLC Technology, Industrial Networks, and Configuration Technology. It aims to meet the objectives of professional talent cultivation and prepare students for work in intelligent production-related positions. The module focuses on developing students' professional qualities, including good professional ethics, behavior, and attitudes. It equips students with solid knowledge of intelligent manufacturing technology, Industry 4.0, and other related fields. The module emphasizes practical abilities, enabling students to master computer or touch screen configuration technology for real-time monitoring of production site operations. Additionally, it provides the integration and application skills of sensor technology, programmable technology, industrial networks, and configuration technology, MES technology, digital twin production line technology, and on-site maintenance capabilities. The module serves as a foundation for subsequent training in intelligent control system integration and commissioning practical exercises, post practice, graduation design, and other related modules.
