Overview

        "Geological geomorphology" is an important professional basic course for undergraduate students of Geography Science in normal universities. The purpose of this course is to enable students to comprehensively and systematically understand and master the basic knowledge, skills and theories in the field of geological geomorphology, and lay a necessary foundation for the following professional courses. Therefore, the teaching quality of this course is directly related to the mastering degree of students' professional basic knowledge, and also affects the cultivation of students' professional skills and comprehensive quality. In addition, the course of "geological geomorphology" is also a basic course for the majors of Soil and Water Conservation and Desertification Control, Agricultural Resources and Environment, Land Resource Management, Resource Environment and Urban and Rural Planning Management, as well as RS and GIS in many universities.


        Through the study of this course, you will understand the basic structure and composition of the earth, know rocks and minerals, be familiar with the movement of the earth's crust, and know the geomorphic landscape formed by geological forces such as water, sand, glaciers and volcanoes. It plays an important role in enriching your natural science literacy, broadening your horizons, and being familiar with the nature around us.


       This course contains a lot of strange landscapes and little-known stories, which can make you realize the infinite charm of nature in your study.
