Overview

Food Microbiology Testing is a discipline that studies the detection techniques and principles of common foodborne microorganisms, providing an important theoretical basis for ensuring food safety and establishing relevant standards. Based on national standards and ISO standards for food safety, this course systematically introduces the basic theoretical knowledge and the routine testing procedures of food microbiology. It also combines the progress of food microbiology testing technology with the demands of social development. Through studying this course, students will acquire the basic scientific theoretical knowledge and professional technology of food microbiology testing, which will lay a solid foundation for the work of food safety detection and food quality control.
