该课程在校内为ACCA专业大一学生第二学期讲授,是《管理会计(Paper F2, Management Accounting)》课程和《财务会计(Paper F3,Financial Accounting)》课程的基础,又是进一步学习《专业会计师(Paper P1,Professional Accountant)》、《商务分析(Paper P3,Business Analysis)》的基础。该课程主要包括六部分内容:(1)企业组织、利益相关者和外部环境;(2)组织结构、职能和治理;(3)会计和披露系统、会计与依从性;(4)领导和管理个人与团队;(5)人员效率与沟通;(6)职业道德有关问题。要求学生严格按照ACCA考试大纲要求学习,通过全球统一考试。
