(一)课程性质与定位

     《分析仪器结构及维护》是国家级专业教学资源库核心课程,是国际化品牌专业核心课程,是实验室建设与管理岗位所需知识、能力和素质培养的岗位核心课程。

 (二)课程主题

     本课程充分体现任务引领、项目导向课程改革思想,融入分析仪器新技术、新规范、新标准;从实验室建设与管理等岗位典型工作任务出发,精选了光学、色谱仪器等维护内容,融入分析技能大赛和化学检验员职业资格能力素养要求,“岗课赛证”融通,设计教学内容,由8个项目25项任务组成。

(三)课程目标

      课程内容安排遵循学生认知规律和职业成长规律,有机融入思政元素,通过思政教育逐层渗透,构建价值引领、能力培养、知识传授三位一体的教学目标。通过分析仪器操作与实践,培养学生精益求精的工匠精神;通过仪器故障问题设计案例、分组讨论,培养学生团队合作能力;通过“中国2025”等配套教学视频线上资源,培养学生自主学习、广泛学习的能力,扩大国际化交流与视野,实现“四个自信”。

(四)课程特色和亮点

       本课程以“立德树人”为首要任务,打破传统学科体系下的知识逻辑结构,从分析仪器维护专项技能的实际需要出发,对接实验室建设与管理岗位职业标准,突出岗位职业能力培养,不断提升课堂教学质量,形成了以下几点鲜明特色:

     1.思政引领,德技并修:课程内容以常用分析仪器为设计主线,在教学全过程中融入思政元素,找准思政教育的契合点,提升学生专业和课程认同度,培养创新精神、工匠精神和家国情怀,实现徳技并修。

     2.内容新颖,紧扣前沿:课程内容新颖,能够紧扣分析仪器发展前沿,依据最新规范及标准更新教学内容,有助于学生走上工作岗位后,能达到用人单位在仪器使用与维护方面的要求,以早日成为具备仪器综合应用能力的高素质技术技能人才。

     3.智慧教学,创新应用:构建了基于CDIO理念的线上线下混合式教学模式,给予学生仪器操作、维护、管理的较大自由度,为学生提供了多元化的学习机会,学生可以各取所需,不必面面俱到,鼓励学生个性化发展,提高学生整体能力。

(1) Course nature and positioning

      Analysis Instrument Structure and Maintenance "is a core course in the national level professional teaching resource library, an international brand professional core course, and a core course for cultivating the knowledge, abilities, and qualities required for laboratory construction and management positions.

(2) Course Theme

      This course fully embodies the concept of task oriented and project oriented curriculum reform, integrating new technologies, specifications, and standards for analytical instruments; Starting from typical job tasks such as laboratory construction and management, the maintenance content of optical and chromatographic instruments has been selected, incorporating analysis skills competitions and professional qualification and literacy requirements for chemical inspectors. The integration of "job course competition certification" has been achieved, and teaching content has been designed, consisting of 8 projects and 25 tasks.

(3) Course objectives

      The course content arrangement follows the cognitive and professional growth laws of students, organically integrates ideological and political elements, and penetrates through ideological and political education layer by layer to construct a teaching goal of "value guidance, ability cultivation, and knowledge impartation". Cultivate students' spirit of striving for excellence as craftsmen through the operation and practice of analytical instruments; Design case studies and group discussions on instrument failure issues to cultivate students' teamwork skills; By utilizing online resources such as "China 2025" and supporting teaching videos, we aim to cultivate students' ability to learn independently and extensively, expand international exchanges and perspectives, and achieve the "Four Confidences".

(4) Course features and highlights

      The primary task of this course is to "cultivate virtue and cultivate talents", breaking the knowledge logic structure under the traditional disciplinary system. Starting from the actual needs of analytical instrument maintenance special skills, it aligns with the professional standards of laboratory construction and management positions, highlights the cultivation of job professional abilities, and continuously improves the quality of classroom teaching. The following distinctive features have been formed:

      1. Ideological and political guidance, moral and technical integration: The course content is designed with commonly used analytical instruments as the main theme, integrating ideological and political elements throughout the teaching process, identifying the fit points of ideological and political education, enhancing students' professional and curriculum recognition, cultivating innovation spirit, craftsmanship spirit, and patriotism, and achieving moral and technical integration.

      2. Novel content, keeping up with the forefront: The course content is novel and can keep up with the forefront of the development of analytical instruments. The teaching content is updated according to the latest specifications and standards, which helps students meet the requirements of employers in the use and maintenance of instruments after entering the workplace, in order to become high-quality technical and skilled talents with comprehensive instrument application capabilities as soon as possible.

      3. Smart teaching, innovative application: We have constructed an online and offline hybrid teaching mode based on the CDIO concept, giving students greater freedom in instrument operation, maintenance, and management, providing students with diverse learning opportunities. Students can take what they need without having to cover everything, encouraging personalized development and improving their overall abilities.
