The variability, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity of work tasks have been the new normal: new jobs are constantly emerging, while some traditional jobs are being replaced, and employees’ attitudes and behaviors are more concerned than ever before. Therefore, how to motivate employees’ proactivity, initiative and creativity is a very important question facing the organization.

Organizational behavior is a science that combines psychology, social psychology, sociology, anthropology and other discipline knowledge to study the attitude and behavior of people within organizations from the three levels of individuals, groups, and organizations.
