This course examines the six basic trigonometric functions, their definitions, relationships, and uses as they apply to: radian measure, right triangle solutions, identities, trigonometric equations, graphs, inverse functions, and complex numbers. Successful completion of this course fulfills the mathematics competency requirement for the AA/AS degree. Prerequisites: MATH V03 or placement as determined by the college's multiple measures assessment process. Recommended Prep: MATH V02 or knowledge of plane geometry. Transfer credit: CSU.
