Overview

[Prerequisite: ASL 102 or equivalent.] Provides an extensive review of all first-year structures. Focuses on interpersonal communication for intermediate students. Covers grammatical structures and vocabulary necessary to discuss personal relations, food, travel, health, environment, and culture. Engages with literary works that delve into Deaf worldviews and critically analyzes ASL literature. Equivalent to four years of high school ASL. (Formerly ASL 220) [D; CSU; UC]
