In this incredibly fun class, you'll join me, Isaac Ramos, as together we learn how to animate a character walk, run, and jump! Â It's great to know how to draw, but to see your creations come to life is a whole different ball game! Â Using a program called "Krita" (free), we will learn how to create hand-drawn, frame-by-frame animation, just like you remember from the good ol' 2D Disney days! Â You could create the next Simba, Genie, or Mushu! Â Come and jump in on this awesome course and we'll get you animating in no time!
In this class I'm using Krita (download below), and a Wacom Bamboo drawing tablet. The tablet is not necessary but is extremely helpful and useful. You can use these same skills in any animation program, app, or pencil and paper. Flip-A-Clip offers a free alternative for the iPad and is great fun as well!
