This is a project-oriented course that covers the fundamental methodologies of working as an information technology (IT) support professional. Emphasis is placed on hands-on experience deploying, securing, and maintaining computing technology. Topics include operating systems (OSs), security concepts, hardware and networking, virtualization and cloud computing, mobile devices, and operational procedures.
