This course will take you through the steps to take during a job analysis and the benefits of conducting them.

You’ll also look at the pre-recruitment process, including communication between hiring staff, recruitment technology and what to include in a job description.

Develop your job interview skills for better results

Selection is the process of determining the best person for the requirements of the job from those in the pool of candidates. There are numerous parts to the selection process.

You’ll learn the different steps in the selection process, from reviewing applications to conducting interviews, before delving deeper into how to build the best interviews and how to assess candidates.

Learn how to build a great induction process

Once you’ve found the person for your vacant job role, they need to be onboarded and introduced to the organisation.

This course will guide you through the purpose of the induction process and what information should be included. You’ll build an induction checklist and explore some common induction complaints and queries.

This course is designed for anyone brand new to recruitment processes, especially those working in human resources and line managers.
