In this course, you will focus on getting the prioritization and approvals for solid requirements, and then see how to handle changes in whatever change approach you are using

To help ensure your requirements delivered the desired value, successfully managing the requirements and thinking about what changes can mean to the overall solution and value delivery is key! In this course, Managing Changing Requirements, you will focus on getting the prioritization and approvals for solid requirements, and then see how to handle changes in whatever change approach you are using. First, you will learn to define prioritization and successful criteria so that you can get and leverage prioritization for your requirements on both traditional and adaptive projects. Next, you will explore the approval processes you can use on these methodologies and what approved requirements look like. Then, you will address your requirements governance to setup the structure for successfully managing your requirements. This will be followed by you examining changing requirements and how to make the changes valued. Finally, after outlining how to present requirements change recommendations, you will be able to describe the value of maintaining your requirements for long-term use. When you are finished with this course, you will have the knowledge on how to prioritize, obtain approvals, analyze requirements changes, present recommendations, and maintain your requirements such that every action adds more value to the customer, overall solution, and organization.
