MUS 100H - Introduction to Western Classical Music - Honors Degree Applicable, CSU, UC, IGETC, C_ID# MUS 100 Prerequisite: Acceptance into the Honors ProgramFormerly MUS 13HSurvey of art music in western civilization. Topics studied include but are not limited to elements of music, basic musical forms, music periods, styles, and the role of music and musicians in the western world. Attending at least one live concert is required. An honors course designed to provide an enriched experience. Students may not receive credit for both MUS 100 and MUS 100H.
