Analyzes evolving search and seizure requirements and exceptions with emphasis on constitutional law, criminal law and procedural law as they apply to investigating computer crime. Discusses how to anticipate defenses to computer crimes and how to effectively communicate findings in reports and in courtrooms. Field trips may be required.
