    In this module, you will:

    • Determine the ideal structure for each Team
    • Understand how to create and share new Teams
    • Explain how to customize Teams with tabs like apps
  • Module 2: Learn how to create and organize content, manage assignments, simplify assessments, give timely feedback, and track academic and SEL trends within Class Teams.

    Upon completion of this module, you will be able to:

    • Create and organize class resources and assignments efficiently with Classwork

    • Create, distribute, collect, and grade assignments in Microsoft Teams

    • Create and embed polls, quizzes, and surveys with Microsoft Forms

    • Analyze data collected with Insights

  • Module 3: Microsoft Teams in educational settings is a hub for content and the centerpiece for collaboration. Teams facilitates communication between educators and students, families, colleagues, and the larger school community.

    In this module, you will:

    • Identify ways to build a class community using Microsoft Teams
    • Explain how Teams facilitates conversations and collaboration
    • Describe how to use the Class Notebook as a central location for course content
  • Module 4: Make learning more powerful and dynamic with Microsoft OneNote digital notebooks. Use OneNote to compile and organize information, research, and content; support research, collaboration, note taking, journaling, and reflection.

    In this module, you will:

    • Create personal a notebook
    • Create, add, and share pages and content
    • Identify how to organize OneNote effectively and quickly find materials within notebooks
    • Manage a range of notebook settings

  • Module 5: OneNote Class Notebook is platform for teachers to prepare instructional material and collaborate with students. Create a Class Notebook and build instructional content to use with students.

    In this module, you will:

    • Create a OneNote Class Notebook and use the tools to create and distribute content to students
    • Give feedback via OneNote with a range of approaches
    • Identify lesson resources to create and store in Content Library
    • Plan an activity using Collaboration Space

  • Module 6: Use PowerPoint Recorder to flip instruction, provide content for students outside of class, and help improve student outcomes.

    In this module, you will:

    • Describe the principles of flipped learning and how to implement them into the classroom
    • Explain how to create flipped lessons using PowerPoint Recorder
    • Build a flipped lesson to use with students
  • Module 7: Use Microsoft Forms for surveys, quizzes, and polls in classes to increase student engagement and voice. Office 365 helps streamline and save time managing learning assessments with Forms

    In this module, you will:

    • Create formative and summative assessments with Microsoft Forms
    • Explain how to share or duplicate Microsoft Forms to collaborate with colleagues
    • Use autograding, manual grading, branching, and equation options to streamline the assessment process
  • Module 8: By allowing teachers and students to focus on content and not worry about format, the Digital storytelling with Microsoft Sway module shows how Sway can be used to capture and share digital stories that need to be told in and around classroom activities.

    In this module, you will:

    • Explain how Sway works to share text, images, video, and dynamic content to tell a rich digital story
    • Identify examples of Sway's impact in the classroom
    • Practice creating a Sway
    • Explain a variety of ways Sway can be used in the classroom
