Providers can choose email, text, regular mail, or a combination, to provide healthcare information to specific groups of patients and community members.

  • Module 4: Provide patients with access to their health data, appointment scheduling, and information through the Patient Access portal and the Patient Service Center in Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare.

    In this module, you'll:

    • Create and set up knowledge articles.
