Interesting short class. I enjoyed learning about the two-generation -- father and son pair, teaching how to work with enthusiastic gen z and their aspiration. We have a generation gap everywhere. Now gen z is coming into the workforce and their passion for innovation and making things happen fast is becoming contagious. It is important to understand this generation and their behavior in the workplace. An interesting and cute class that one can complete in less than an hour and learn something valuable! Enjoy!
