Plenty of diagrams and some animations show the positions of the various bones, muscles, ligaments, and tendons in the body, particularly the spine, pelvis, shoulder and limbs used in sporting activities. While some common injuries are mentioned, some videos simply named the structures involved and could have benefited from more emphasis on how sports injuries can occur.
