Explore the essentials of effective project planning, starting with scope management and the Work Breakdown Structure to clearly define and organise project tasks. Then, delve into scheduling, utilising Gantt Charts, and optimising resource allocation.
You’ll also gain insights into risk management, learning how to identify risks, maintain risk registers, and develop effective strategies for risk mitigation, monitoring, and response.

When you feel ready, you can decide when to complete this assessment. Upon successful completion, you’ll receive your university credits once you’ve handed in your assessment on one of the following select dates:

What will I receive?
Upon successful completion of this online microcredential, you’ll receive 10 UK level 7 credits. Credits are obtained upon successful completion of the assessments.
You can utilise the credits to build towards a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership and Management Practice.
