Together we will identify and analyze product value and features using customer journey mapping. This is an important step for individuals or companies wanting to explore new products or services. By the end of this project, you will be fluent in identifying and analyzing customer value and how to orient your products or service to capture this value. Also in asking innovative questions for the next phase of product development . You will generate solutions that can be used as part of your future business plan presentation to lenders or business stakeholders, making it an integral part of your digital tools portfolio.
