Are you ready to shape and tone your muscles with low impact? This Straight-Up Strength Workout is a full-body workout that focuses on form, speed, and lifting heavy dumbbells for your strength workout. This workout will work on fatiguing and burning out each muscle group. Think of it as your “strictly strength” workout.
Trainer Sam Cameranesi leads you through this workout, going over proper form throughout each movement while trainers JC Lippold and Sheila Chenier work out alongside you, showing modifications and other options as needed.
Sam will provide you with upper body, lower body, total body and core combinations. You’ll work in intervals, working as hard as you can for 45 seconds to focus on power and form and then taking 15 seconds to recuperate before the next movement.
