  • What it takes to be a Entreprenuer
    • This module introduces the essential aspects of becoming an entrepreneur, focusing on the mindset needed to identify opportunities and innovate technologically. It covers how to recognise problems as potential business opportunities, differentiate types of innovation and startups, and understand the entrepreneurial ecosystem that supports tech venture creation and growth.
  • Customer Value Proposition, Product Development and Go-to-Market
    • This module focuses on creating and delivering customer value through understanding customer needs, segmenting markets, and developing user personas. It covers the customer discovery process, crafting a strong value proposition, and translating it into product development. The module also addresses pricing strategies, sales and go-to-market approaches, and effective branding and marketing techniques.
  • Entrpreneurial Finance
    • This module provides an introduction to key finance and accounting concepts for entrepreneurs. It covers financial statements, unit economics, business and financial planning, valuation methods and introduces learners to entrepreneurial finance stages and sources that they might need for their entrepreneurial journey.
  • Business Model Canvas and Communication & Pitching
    • This module focuses on developing and communicating effective business models. It introduces the Business Model Canvas (BMC) from both demand and supply perspectives, covering key elements like customer segments, value propositions, resources, and activities. The module also guides learners on essential communication skills and creating an impactful investor pitch deck to attract potential investors.
