Enjoy a mix of videos, readings, practice assessments, and discussion forums in this 3-week course. You can learn at your own pace, with one hour per session, once a week. The course consists of three modules: A Consultant's Need for Gen AI, Gen AI in Action, and The Gen AI Toolkit for Consultants. Each module covers a key aspect of Gen AI in consulting, from identifying opportunities to evaluating risks. Learners will also understand how Gen AI is an assistant and not out to replace employees - it is a partnership which requires constant monitoring and editing of Gen AI output to ensure all-round success. In this module, we will guide you through the essential steps in a client engagement, focusing on effective prompt engineering. You'll learn to define the engagement scope and problem statement, collect and research data, identify the right use case, analyze data and generate insights, develop solutions, plan implementation, present and report findings, iterate based on feedback, and support implementation and follow-up. We'll conclude with a call to action.

The Generative AI Toolkit for Consultants

In this module, we will introduce The Consultant Framework and explore essential tools for effective prompt design. We'll discuss how to leverage Gen AI to power up your projects while minimizing risks. Additionally, we'll guide you on transitioning from learner to leader in AI implementation, focusing on leveraging behavior architecture and design to drive adoption.
