Learn how elevated temperature patterns influence the grapes and wine styles from some of the most well known regions in the world.In this warm-climate wine class, we'll look for global patterns across the world's warmest wine regions as we travel the world by glass. In this class, we explore ripe wines from warm climates. We'll explore the highlights of Southern France, Southern Italy, Southern Spain, Portugal, Greece, Washington, South America, Australia and South Africa.Our guided tasting of 6-8 classic regional wines will focus on New World vs Old World and traditional examples of Grenache, Syrah, Malbec, Cabernet and Zinfandel.Online InfoYou will receive the zoom link and any handouts needed a few days before class via email.
