In this class, we explore ripe wines from warm climates. We'll explore the highlights of Southern France, Southern Italy, Southern Spain, Portugal, Greece, Washington, South America, Australia and South Africa.Our guided tasting of 6-8 classic regional wines will focus on New World vs Old World and traditional examples of Grenache, Syrah, Malbec, Cabernet and Zinfandel.Online InfoYou will receive the zoom link and any handouts needed a few days before class via email.
