What you'll do:
Fire up the grill (or well-seasoned cast iron pan) and click your tongs in preparation for this one-hour steak class. You’ll select your cut on your own (with the help of our guide), and during class will cook it with the chef instructor’s guidance. Your instructor will review different cuts of meat, cooking techniques, and temperatures to help you make your perfect steak.Â
