- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- Kosher Salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbs. turbinado sugar, optional
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 oz. sour mix (or 1/2 oz. lemon juice + 1 oz simple syrup for appletini)
- 9.5 oz. unsalted butter
- 2 Tbs. milk
- 2 cups heavy cream

- 5 Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, Fuji, or Crispin apples
- 1/2 cup apple cider (1/4 cup for appletini)
