This course is for individuals using Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013 or 2010 and is taught using Outlook 2019 software. However, there are very few differences between the 2019 and the 2016, 2013 and 2010 versions from an end-user's perspective. Our instructors have used all 4 versions and will be able to quickly highlight the several small changes to the user interface. Users of any of the 4 versions of Outlook will have no problem learning in the 2019 software environment.Overview:Email has become one of the most widely used methods of communication, whether for personal or business communications.
