Overview

CompTIA A+® certified professionals are proven problem solvers. They support today's core technologies from security to cloud to data management and more. CompTIA A+ is the industry standard for launching IT careers into today's digital world. It is the only industry recognized credential with performance-based items to prove pros can think on their feet to perform critical IT support tasks in the moment. It is trusted by employers around the world to identify the go-to person in end point management and technical support roles. CompTIA A+ is regularly re-invented by IT experts to ensure that it validates core skills and abilities demanded in the workplace. The Official CompTIA A+ Core 1 and Core 2 (Exams 220-1101 and 220-1102) course provides the background knowledge and skills you will require to be a successful A+ technician. It will help you prepare to take the CompTIA A+ Core Series certification examinations (exam numbers 220-1101 and 220-1102), in order to become a CompTIA A+ Certified Professional.Exam Prep SoftwareAll of our CompTIA classes include access to web-based practice exams. CompTIA certification exams are very rigorous and challenging. By studying after the class and using these practice exams, you will greatly improve your chances of passing the actual certification exam the first time. Exam prep software is included with all CompTIA classes delivered by ONLC Training Centers.ONLC’s Exam Pass GuaranteeONLC’s CompTIA certification classes come with an Exam Pass Guarantee. What that essentially means is that we want to make sure that everyone is taking advantage of the Practice Test that we are providing and achieve and 85% or better in Certification Mode prior to us releasing the initial exam voucher. The practice test is typically ordered the first day of class and emailed to each student. Once you email us at [email protected] with proof of the 85% or better, we will go ahead and release the exam voucher to you within 24 hours. Should you fail on the first attempt, we will then give you a second voucher. However, should you decide to not take the practice exam or to take the exam without first achieving the 85% in certification mode, the Exam Pass is null and void. Additional Notes Regarding CompTIA Certification ExamsAs with most professional IT certifications, many additional hours of study are required before the class (meeting the prerequisites) and after the class (reviewing exam objectives and practice questions).
