Healthcare workers are facing unprecedented levels of stress and burnout. These experiences have a profound effect on our ability to communicate effectively and to care for ourselves and others. This seminar will provide an enhanced understanding of the impact of stress, how to identify when communication is compromised, and the importance of redirecting interactions by responding from a place of calm and focus.
