This was my first MOOC, and I remember it fondly. The videos could have been more succinct, and the quizzes at the time had some strange answer choices which we complained about, but generally it was a nice course for people who want to put their toes in the water of training. The issues with the quizzes I had when I joined in 2013 may be fixed now, as well. I'd recommend it for those interested in a taste. For those with some experience already, you can skihttps://www.class-central.com/user/review/edit/381#m through and watch just the bits that might interest you in the later weeks.

This was a pretty interesting course. Having a dynamic duo if presenters made it a bit more novel and interesting.
  • This course covers exactly what it says it does, and provides some solid beginner tips on how to train people. I was very pleased that assessment was also covered.
