I hope the without nutrition sports is not completed. Sports nutrition is a major factor of sports. Every sports man wished to be a balance diet. If you are not a balance diet you are not competed any performance of your sports. Every sports are a change the diet program. If the coach is knowledge of nutrition of their sports the athlete are performed very well. It is important to the coaches to nutrition knowledge.
  • Overall, it's a great introduction and very easy to follow. But it would be great if more examples were given. Specific to Nutrition and injury, Jeanette mentioned that she got injured - so I think having a comparison between her diet prior the injury and during the injury would have been fantastic.
