I hope the without nutrition sports is not completed. Sports nutrition is a major factor of sports. Every sports man wished to be a balance diet. If you are not a balance diet you are not competed any performance of your sports. Every sports are a change the diet program. If the coach is knowledge of nutrition of their sports the athlete are performed very well. It is important to the coaches to nutrition knowledge.

Overall, it's a great introduction and very easy to follow. But it would be great if more examples were given. Specific to Nutrition and injury, Jeanette mentioned that she got injured - so I think having a comparison between her diet prior the injury and during the injury would have been fantastic.

Very good at taking beginner information and tip toeing into intermediate. Would like to see more case studies to apply information but hey can't complain about a free course.
